All fees, charges, and payments are governed by the terms of your specific loan, investment, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
– Payments are due as outlined in your executed agreements.
– Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.
– You authorize Hondo Finance to initiate payments via the payment method on file or as otherwise agreed.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services, collection actions, or legal remedies.
6. Modifications and Termination
Hondo Finance may modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Services, including the availability of certain financial products, at any time.
We may terminate or restrict your access if:

Hondo Finance shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor disputes, technical failures, or government restrictions.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, software, and related materials are owned or licensed by Hondo Finance. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
14. Amendments to Terms
Hondo Finance may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Stamford, Connecticut, unless otherwise agreed. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
